(Saipan, MP) PalmTrio670, a social media marketing & entertainment company, is co-owned by William Chrisloyd Lely, Jefferson Mateo, and Louvicki Camacho. Their mission is to help propel businesses and agencies to the next level by creating enticing media content that highlight their strengths, and advertise their products and services. They also aim at helping put the Marianas on the map, as their business showcases adventures, food, and activities that tourists can take part in when they visit our islands. They capitalize the use of social media to gain a greater reach for entities they work with and serve.
With a goal as big as theirs, PalmTrio670 needed help with the fundamentals of starting their business the right way to set themselves up for success.
“CNMI SBDC was essential in building a stronger backbone for PalmTrio670 and helped us to make smarter decisions for business growth.” – William Chrisloyd Lely.
PalmTrio670 reached out to CNMI SBDC for guidance in developing their business profile. They were able to set up their business plan and avail from various network, training, and grant opportunities. Since then, PalmTrio670 has propelled themselves to working with businesses in the CNMI and in the region – bringing the good vibes in their work as they aspired to do.
With their new found potential, PalmTrio670 hopes to continue to expand their clientele – one of them being the Marianas Visitors Authority. They would love to be involved in figuring out ways to attract more tourists to our islands and build our economy. They also plan to use their platform to educate the youth about social media and how it can be a potential career path, despite it currently being an anomaly in the Marianas.
The CNMI SBDC Network promotes a business-friendly economic infrastructure in the community, builds entrepreneurial capacity and financial literacy within that community, and provides current and nascent small businesses with the technical assistance, counseling, training, and support they need to innovate, adapt, and grow.
The CNMI Small Business Development Center Network (CNMI SBDC) Network comprises the CNMI SBDC lead center located in Saipan, the Rota SBDC, and Tinian SBDC. CNMI SBDC Network is partially funded by a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and the Northern Marianas College.
