- How owners are paid, taxed, and types of liabilities they are exposed to
- Selecting Your BAIL (Banking, Accounting, Insurance & Legal) Team
- Basic Requirements of Government Contracting
- Importance of Seeking Legal Counsel
The presentation will allow for questions & answers between participants and Burger, with opportunities for additional discussion with our special guest speakers.
Nadine C. Deleon Guerrero, Network Director of the CNMI SBDC, expresses her gratitude for Burger, “Many of our events are possible through partnerships with qualified individuals who see the value in providing direct assistance to our small business community. Dave is an exceptional and respected professional in our business community, and we are extremely thankful for his dedication towards helping our Veterans become more equipped to be successful in their entrepreneurial ventures. If you are a military service member and are interested in learning more about business ownership, we encourage you to attend. This training event is a great way to not only seek assistance from our credentialed experts, but connect with like-minded individuals who can help you network with the right people towards realizing your dreams of becoming a business owner one day.”
